    Any product returned or exchanged must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Purchaser pays the shipping return costs and must request a return authorization number by emailing returns@floodproofing.com before shipping product back. 
    Product returned will receive a full refund minus a 10% inspection
    and re-stock fee.
